Doug Wentz is a multi-certified personal trainer with over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness field. Doug was also a national competitive body builder for 20 years with many titles to his credit. Doug has worked with hundreds of clients over the years from beginners to advanced clients and everything in between.
Doug’s extensive knowledge in fitness covers topics such as nutrition, meal planning and dietary supplementation.
With over 25 years managing training teams for other fitness brands, he’s proudest to lead and manage the training team at FitLife. Experiencing his own physical setbacks has allowed him to broaden his understanding of the principals and application of physical rehabilitation, as well as the level of care and compassion for clients that endure past or current injury setbacks.
Doug maintains certifications in stretching and nutrition as well.
