Fitlife is the best gym around! The staff are great and very helpful, gym equipment is modern and well taken care of with enough material that you won’t even have to wait. All in all, the environment is awesome to be around and I am happy to be a member :)

Been going to this gym for the past 3 years. This place is awesome. The owner is constantly improving the layout and bringing in new equipment. The staff is very friendly and the place is extremely clean. Besides all the equipment and great atmosphere, they make the best post workout proteins smoothies! I highly recommend the Peanut Butter Cup!

"I was leaving another gym in the area and they made my transition as smooth as possible, all the workers are very nice and professional. Gym has great machines and sauna is a big plus. The protein shakes are good and healthy. I’ve been to many gyms in the area and this one is my favorite, Well worth the price."

FitLife in East Islip is a great health club. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is always very clean and well organized. The equipment is top-notch. The other members are polite and cheerful. There is a great variety of group fitness classes and personal trainers. The club is open till late hours, which greatly helps me coordinate within my schedule. In addition, FitLife was recently renovated. I highly recommend FitLife in East Islip.
