Chris is a NASM certified personal trainer with a passion for driving results and helping clients realize their full potential. Chris’s own fitness journey started over 25 years ago with the goal of building muscle. This quickly evolved into an interest in overall health, wellness and longevity.
Chris is well equipped to train a variety of clients, regardless of their previous experience or performance goals. Chris studies and applies the latest in exercise and nutrition science to get his clients to achieve their goals. He also firmly believes the key to long-term exercise adherence is having fun in the gym and enjoying the effort. Chris aims to create a lasting life change for his clients and not only trains his clients but equips them to safely work out on their own.
Chris has a firm but fun disposition that keeps clients accountable but also looking forward to the next training session.
