Thea has been working out for almost 10 years and has developed a unique approach and passion for fitness. Her own fitness journey includes milestones such as losing 30 lbs, and training for a half marathon. She has also matured in her fitness knowledge to reap the benefits of strength training, yoga and body sculpting.
Now as a ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness coach, Thea applies her combined knowledge from her own journey as well as formal training to inspire and coach her clients to success.
Theas demeanor is a perfect blend of accountable coach and supportive friend. She motivates people through example to facilitate her clients making the proper positive and lifelong lifestyle changes to compliment their workout efforts. When clients see these positive changes they stay excited and confidently on track towards their ultimate goals.
Thea is also an avid baker who’s sweet treats are sought after in the community. She believes that life is all about balance and that you can work out, get fit and still enjoy sweet treats. Thea also maintains a nutrition certificate through the ISSA.
