Mark
Mark graduated from The University of Rhode Island with his bachelor degree in Exercise Science. Mark’s passion for fitness stems from his college track and field career. During this time Mark was nationally ranked in the 110m Hurdles and 4x400m relay team and also holds multiple records. Soon after he began his career in 2014 working under the former strength and conditioning coach for the NY Yankees. There, he was educated and studied alongside some of the very best regarding functional training and methods to improve one’s flexibility and movement.
He continues to perfect his craft in aiding others by working with clients of all types, needs and even limitations. His belief is that not one individual is the same and therefore each individual requires a different training program to fit their needs. His goal is to help each client accomplish any fitness and health obstacles they’d like to achieve.
He understands how much fitness and health can impact the human body on a physical and mental level. Mark specializes in strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, speed and agility, as well as functional training. Mark is excellent at holding his clients accountable to assure that reach their goals.
