Brianna
Brianna has been a lifelong athlete involved in gymnastics, soccer, softball, basketball, and volleyball. In high school, she discovered her talent and passion for Track and Field and was recruited to compete competitively as a Division 1 Track and Field Sprinter at Wagner College.
After graduating college, Brianna focused more on weight lifting and strength training. Brianna then began applying her skillsets working as a Sports Performance Coach. She has trained and coached athletes of all ages to improve their speed, strength, and agility.
Applying her personal training certification from NASM, Brianna now trains clients of all fitness levels to reach their individual goals, with an emphasis on resistance training and injury prevention. Brianna believes in using empathy and encouragement to help clients create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She strives to help people find enjoyment and confidence through exercise.
